Notes from the people who made it

Watercolor rewards a light hand and punishes a heavy one. The first pages teach how much water is enough, which is most of the craft.

Then come the tricks: wet-on-wet blooms, soft blends, crisp edges. Each design uses one.

Darling water color set for tween girls. The pictures are fun and modern and the instructions are clear. A great gift for an artsy kid.

Exactly what I was looking for as my 7 year old requested watercolors this Christmas. Simple designs to paint, tips and tricks for beginners to learn the technique of watercoloring. Thick pages so it won’t seep through even though we have definitely used a lot of water on it. Heck even I have sat down and painted a page. Very enjoyable

Lots of fun doing these with my 5-year-old. It occupies us both for a long time. Bring a small jar of water and an extra brush with you to the beach or the park and you're set!I've bought many of these for gifts too.
